Ashiatsu / Barefoot Massage.
In Japanese, “Ashi-” means foot and “-atsu” means pressure. Therefore, Ashiatsu (Ashi) is a therapeutic massage modality where the therapist delivers massage pressure using their feet, while the client is laying on a table.
Ashi is a barefoot massage technique using deep compression strokes that glide over the body. Gravitational force is combined with these strokes to create a structural change in chronic soft tissue damage, resulting in increased range of motion and flexibility! This technique has been dubbed the most luxurious deep tissue massage on earth!
This modality is best for athletic and robust clients, who enjoy and are able to tolerate a large amount of therapeutic pressure, but can also be modified for a more moderate to gentle work. It is recommended for lower body, hip, and lower back work.
Myofacial Release
Myofascial Release Therapy is a modality used for specific work to mobilize restricted tissues that are causing discomfort, pain, limited range of motion, skeletal imbalance, uneven loading of joints, ect. It differs from conventional deep tissue as it intentionally addresses connective tissue rather than muscle tissue. Muscles are addressed as part of the work, but the primary focus is the connective tissue rather than the muscle tissue.
Muscles are addressed as part of the work, but the primary focus is the connective fascia that separates muscles and the tendons that attach muscles to bones.
Advanced Lymphatic Therapy (ALT)
This therapy is unique, non-invasive therapy designed to gently detoxify the soft tissue, improve immune system function, and reduce swelling and congestion in the tissues.
When the lymph system gets sluggish or blocked, inflammation begins and it becomes a breeding ground for viruses, bacteria, and even cancer cells. Many health problems are related to inflammation and congestion. A series of sessions is the most effective way to achieve the best results.

Table Thai Massage
Table Thai massage is a form of Thai massage, which is a traditional healing system that uses momentum, gravity, and assisted yoga postures, rather than muscular strength. This therapy is all about stretching the whole body! It works along energy lines, is very gentle, and uses rocking and range-of-motion stretching, similar to yoga positions.
This type of massage technique uses no oils or lotions. The recipient remains fully clothed during their session. The body is compressed, pulled, stretched, and rocked throughout the session by the therapist. You can expect to be positioned in a variety of positions similar to yoga, stretching the entire body.
The benefits of a session of Thai massage: relieve stress, boosts energy, relieves headaches, stimulates circulation, improves range of motion- all as a result of stretching! You will leave feeling invigorated and restored, both mentally and physically!

Reflexology Massage
Reflexology is a holistic ancient practice, of over 3000 years of use, that focuses on maintaining balance and assisting the body’s natural abilities to heal itself. The practice of reflexology divides the body into zones and the zones are represented by points on the bottom of the feet. By providing pressure stimulation within the corresponding body zones on the soles of the feet, tension is released and energy passages are opened, enhancing overall healing.
Reflexology promotes overall relaxation, improves blood circulation, reduces aches & pains, and soothes tired feet.
Reflexology may be considered helpful in the following conditions: allergies, asthma, back, knee, hip or neck problems, constipation, insomnia, stress or hormone imbalance.
Trigger Point Massage
A trigger point is a localized spasm or knot in the muscle fiber that may cause pain to be referred to other, more distant places in your body. There is local tenderness as well as “referred” pain elsewhere in the body when compressed. These trigger points are a result of muscle overload, resulting in “shortening” of the muscle fiber itself- causing pain.
Trigger point massage therapy is specifically designed to address the source of the pain. This is achieved through specific pressure/release cycles at the identifying location of pain.
When received on a regular basis, trigger point therapy can help naturally manage pain from chronic injuries.
